Sweet Rosie Naturally sweet Cider with the light fruit sweetness of fresh apples. 4.5%Alc/Vol

Soft Cider Soft Cider is truly reminiscent of this early stage of fermentation. It is a non alcoholic cider presenting the full ripe fruit juice characters of the Pink Lady apple with balanced natural acidity. Ciders

We produce small quantities of perry from eleven wonderful heritage century-old pear trees of mixed variety.

Although none of our pear trees are varieties specifically intended for perry, we find some of them are ideally suited, having a high tannin content amenable to aging.

We ferment with commercial champagne yeast, then age the perry undisturbed for one year before bottling in re-sealable Grolsch-style bottles.
