The Cidery, Bridgetown, Western Australia

Run by an ex Londoner in partnership with 2 other families, producing cider from 'Pink Lady' apples, which were developed 35 km down the road at the Department of Agriculture's Research Station

The Cider opened on 17 March 2000 and now produces 4 ciders:

Scudamores Scrumpy A still, traditional farmhouse cider with the acetic bite of a true scrumpy. 8% Alc/Vol

Spider Cider Moderately dry, clean tasting and lightly spritzig cider. 6% Alc/Vol

Sweet Rosie Naturally sweet Cider with the light fruit sweetness of fresh apples. 4.5%Alc/Vol

Soft Cider Soft Cider is truly reminiscent of this early stage of fermentation. It is a non alcoholic cider presenting the full ripe fruit juice characters of the Pink Lady apple with balanced natural acidity. Ciders
