About Toloja
Toloja Holdings was launched in 2005 and encompasses not only the production of cider, apple juice and perry, but also the planting of a 100-tree orchard museum using only Welsh varieites of cider apple and perry pear trees. The fruit used in their products is all grown in Wales and incorporates Welsh varieties. It is hand-picked and unsprayed. No chemicals or added yeast are used, hence their slogan 'natural to the core'.
Products
- Guinavere - A single variety medium dry cider and crisp flavour.
- Lancelot - A blend creating a dry cider, amber in colour.
- Drunk Dewi - A medium-sweet, oak-conditioned cider.
- Annwn - A dry, very pale cider. The name refers to the netherworld in Welsh legend and is another name for Avalon, which means Isle of Apple.
Also newer products: Merlin’s Potion, Pinc! (Sparkling Cider), Wassail - citrus and spice infused cider, Apple Juice with Rhubarb and Apple Juice with Blackcurrant.
