About
The Lyme Bay Winery began by just producing draught and bottled ciders for the local pubs and shops in the immediate area.
Over time, Lyme Bay began making other traditional drinks too, including meads, wines and ale, even experimenting with Nettle and Rose Hip wines.
They are perhaps more famous, amongst us cider drinkers, for their Jack Ratt bottled cider brand.
All of their drinks are hand-made, by a small team of individuals, who utilise both traditional and modern production techniques to create the best quality.
Situated within their Winery, they have a shop which offers the complete range of products, plus a wide selection of locally produced food and drinks. The shop is open from 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri, 10am to 4pm Saturdays and 11am to 3pm Sundays. Please phone for winter weekend times.

- Jack Ratt Traditional 7.4% ABV - Full-bodied, still, filtered cider. Dry or Medium.
