Warning - this is a City pub with City opening hours, so don't try turning up on a Saturday evening (as we did) - it won't be open. NOTE(March 2006) - No ciders/perries there at the moment, reckon they'll get some in again in the summer.

(Tel: 020 7242 5669) Wetherspoon with the usual range of cider and Thatchers Perry. A little plusher than your average 'Spoons, no doubt to suit the nearby City workers. Pleasant no-smoking section on a lower level around the back of the pub. (There's another Wetherspoons nearby, the Shakespeare's Head, at 64-68 Kingsway - not tried yet.) NOTE(March 2006) - Nothing on tap, unfortunately, only bottled.
